Kent Trails The West Trail Head is at the Water Treatment Plant in Jenison. If you are westbound on 196 toward Holland from Grand Rapids, take Exit 69B and take a right at the first light (Main Street and Chicago Drive) take another right almost immediately on "Old M-21" head down to the end. You'll find parking near the train track crossing. A safety precaution here is the ride is quite scenic and as you are looking around, you might not see fallen debris from trees or small potholes. Look ahead as much as possible while enjoying the sights too. Since only bikes use one side of the road in places, they don't go fast enough to blow the debris off of the road.
